Photo and video release

When you register for an event hosted by the Wisconsin Entrepreneurship Hub, you agree to the following statements related to photography and videography:

I give full permission irrevocably and in perpetuity to the University of Wisconsin–Madison or its assigns, to make, use, copyright and/or publish in any manner they deem advisable without restrictions, including for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes throughout the world, the audio, video and/or print images, materials or portions thereof at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

I further waive any right of approval or inspection with respect to use of the Materials and hereby release and discharge University of Wisconsin–Madison, or its assigns, from any future claims or liabilities.

I further waive any right to compensation for my appearance in the Materials.

I further represent that I am a parent or guardian of any minor whom I register for Wisconsin Entrepreneurship Hub events and I hereby agree that we shall both be bound by this release.

I HAVE READ THIS PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE AGREEMENT, I UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND I UNDERSTAND THAT I AGREE TO ITS TERMS BY REGISTERING FOR ANY ACTIVITY HOSTED OR PRODUCED BY THE WISCONSIN ENTREPRENEURSHIP HUB. I AM EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, I HAVE FULL CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF MYSELF AND THE MINOR PARTICIPANT(S) AND DO SO VOLUNTARILY.
